Tim delivers project objectives within scope and budget, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Tim’s role is to provide project progression reports against the project plan; provide budget and financial reports; build/maintain subcontractor, supplier and client relationships, ensuring project objectives are understood and achieved; read/ interpret drawings and specifications; provide pertinent project details to relevant parties for accurate costing and construction outcomes; resolve buildability issues; review quotes and deliver a profitable project.

Tim's role also see him liaise with the Site Foreman to ensure
SQE objectives are achieved and actively review progress against
key milestones.
