An outstanding architectural accomplishment, this hub of  

academic activity features two learning centre levels and third level plant room, the structure features 

an abundance of ground level classrooms, large learning spaces, a multipurpose space  

featuring tiered seating, additional breakout and 

meeting rooms, IT hub, reading area, overhead walkways to connect the zones and storage 

and amenities throughout. 

The Early Works package consisted of in-ground services in preparation of the new Learning Centre. 

Landscaping works completed the construction.
