DELWP Barwon Downs Office and Depot

This is the third facility of its kind that Rendine has delivered 

throughout the Otway’s region for the State government. The largest 

of the three facilities the Depot consists of:   

•  New office for up to 70 personnel   with meeting rooms, board room, communications room, radio room,         

full kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining, amenities and locker rooms

• Large radio mast

• Shedding and storage for vehicles, plant, tools, workshops, uniform, trailers, wagons, 

chemicals and dangerous goods

• Wash bay, in-ground fuel system and bowser

• Extensive civil and landscaping works, large carpark and stormwater works
