Refurbishment of existing building at 28 Malop street Geelong to create a walkthrough 

from Malop street to Denny’s Place.

The project included demolition, structural steel work, Concreting, carpentry, and services, creating a 

stunning walkthrough including cultural art pieces and bespoke decking.
