With a strong construction background, Andrew oversees the delivery of
project objectives, ensuring contractual obligations are met within scope and budget; providing project progression reports against the project plan; provide budget and financial reports; build and maintain subcontractor, supplier and client relationships, ensuring project objectives are understood and achieved.
Andrew is also highly skilled to read and interpret drawings and specifications;
provide pertinent project details to relevant parties for accurate costing
and construction outcomes; resolve buildability issues; review quotes
and deliver a profitable project; liaise with Site Foreman to ensure SQE objectives are achieved and actively review progress against key milestones.
